Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime through the Customer Portal. Stripe prorates any charges automatically, so you only pay the difference.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Customer Portal. We'll prorate any charges.
What happens to unused quizzes?
We save them for you. If you don't use all 25 quizzes this month, we bank up to 10 for next month. So if you use 18 this month, you start next month with 32. Each plan has its own bank limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
